FILEDEV= specifies the device name to
be used when dynamically allocating a new physical file if device-type or UNIT= is not specified in the FILENAME statement
or FILENAME function, or if UNIT= is not specified in the LIBNAME statement
or LIBNAME function. Device names are site-specific.
