When you group annotation
objects, you can easily move all items in the group as one object.
You cannot work on an
individual object if it is part of a group. For example, in order
to modify the text of a member object, you must first ungroup the
objects.
To create and work with
groups:

Press and hold the CTRL
key while you click on the annotation objects that you want to group.

Right-click and select
Grouping
Group from the pop-up menu.
You can also select
ArrangeGroupingGroup from the main menu.

To move a group, click
the group and drag it to a new location.

To ungroup the objects,
right-click the group and select
GroupingUngroup from the pop-up menu.
