Align Multiple Annotation Objects

You can specify that a group of annotations be left-aligned, centered, right-aligned, and so on.
To align multiple annotation objects:
  1. Press and hold the CTRL Key while you click on the objects to be aligned. The first object clicked is used as reference object. This object stays in its place, and the other objects are moved to align with the first object.
  2. From the main menu, select Arrangethen selectAlign.
  3. From the cascading menu, select your alignment:
    • Top aligns all selected objects with the top edge of the first object that was selected.
    • Bottom aligns all selected objects with the bottom edge of the first object that was selected.
    • Left aligns all selected objects with the left edge of the first object that was selected.
    • Right aligns all selected objects with the right edge of the first object that was selected.
    • Center aligns all selected objects around the center of the first object that was selected.
