You can
add an arrow to a graph to point out specific information. To add
an arrow to a graph:

Click
the arrow icon

in the Graph toolbar, or select
Insert
Arrow from the main menu.

Position
your cursor at a starting position in the graph.

Click
and drag the head of the arrow. When you create your arrow, a text
box appears at the end of the arrow.
If you
press the CTRL key and then click and drag, the arrow is created from
the center and moves outward.
If you
press SHIFT and then click and drag, then the arrow's orientation
stays in multiple of 15 degrees. You can create a perfect horizontal
or vertical arrow this way. You can also rotate the arrow in 15 degree
increments to create a diagonal arrow.
If you
press CTRL+SHIFT and then click and drag, the arrow is created from
the center, moves outward, and can be positioned in 15 degree increments.

Enter text in the text box that appears at the end point of the arrow.
