Adding Drill-Down Links to Web Presentations Generated with a Static-Graphic Device
You can add drill-down links to Web presentations that are generated with an ACTXIMG, JAVAIMG, GIF, JPEG, SVG, or PNG device. For information on the default configurations of these Web presentations, see GIF Output with Drill-Down Links.
You can add drill-down links to the following elements:

graph elements or legend elements or both. See GIF Output with Drill-Down Links.

graph elements specified in an Annotate data set. See Generating Web Links with the Annotate Facility.

titles and footnotes using the LINK= option in the TITLE or FOOTNOTE statement.
