Here are the new features
in this release:

When you log on to the application,
you are prompted to create a new theme or modify an existing theme.

In the User Interface Components,
you can select
Splash Screen and create a
custom splash screen for an application. Just upload your company
logo and specify a preferred background color. Supported graphic formats
include JPG, GIF, PNG, and SWF files. Animated GIF files are not supported.

When designing a theme, you can
override certain global settings that apply to the entire application.
You can customize text color, selection color, and hover color for
individual components.

You can insert spaces in a theme
name, and save the theme.
