Comparisons
-
The EURO
w.
d format
is similar to the EUROX
w.
d format,
but EUROX
w.
d format
reverses the roles of the decimal point and the comma. This convention
is common in European countries.
-
The EURO
w.
d format
is similar to the DOLLAR
w.
d format,
except that DOLLAR
w.
d format
writes a leading dollar sign instead of the euro symbol.
Note: The EURO
w.d format
uses the euro character (U+20AC). If you use the DBCS version of SAS
and an encoding that does not support the euro character, an error
will occur. To prevent this error, change your session encoding to
an encoding that supports the euro character.
