The following table describes the Deployment
Tester test suites that are installed with the SAS Intelligence Platform
and indicates whether each test suite requires JUnit or special credentials.

Runs basic unit tests
for validating the SAS Content Server.

Unrestricted user account
(such as sasadm@saspw)

Runs basic functionality
tests for the SAS OLAP Server.

Unrestricted user account
(such as sasadm@saspw) or an account that is a member of the SAS Administrators
group

Pooled Workspace Server

Creates a report of
the SAS software that is installed on the SAS Pooled Workspace Server
host machine. The report shows the license expiration date for each
product.

Runs basic unit tests
for validating the configuration, deployment, and usage of Remote
Services.

Unrestricted user account
(such as sasadm@saspw)
|
|
Runs the SAS Operational
Qualification Tool (SAS OQ) test suite, which demonstrates that your
Base SAS software is operational. 1

|
Runs the SAS Installation
Qualification Tool (SAS IQ) test suite, which demonstrates that your
SAS software has been installed and maintained according to specifications. 1

|
|
Stored Process Server
Test
|
Runs basic tests for
the SAS Stored Process Server.
|

|
Workspace Server setinit
Test
|
Creates a report of
the SAS software that is installed on the SAS Workspace Server host
machine. The report shows the license expiration date for each product.
|
|
Regular user account
(must have ReadMetadata permission on the server metadata). On Windows,
the user might need to have a host account with rights to “Logon
as a batch job.”
