n subdirectory
contains configuration information and other files for a particular
installation instance. Lev1
is generally
used for production environments, and additional levels, such as Lev2
and Lev3
,
can be used for environments that you install for purposes such as
development and testing. During installation, the SAS Deployment Wizard
enables you to specify the level number.

n directory
can contain the subdirectories and files that are listed in the following

Can be used as a common
directory for server and spawner logs, if you selected this option
during a custom installation. By default, each server has its own
separate log directory. See Default Locations for Server Logs.
