Identifies the DBMS table on which the access descriptor is based

TABLE= <'>table-name<'>;

table-name

a valid DBMS table name. If it contains lowercase characters, special characters, or national characters, you must enclose it in quotation marks. See SAS/ACCESS documentation for your DBMS for details about4 the TABLE= statement.


Details

This statement is required with the CREATE statement and optional with the UPDATE statement.
