This option affects
insert and update processing and also applies when you use the option.
This option works with
the NULLCHAR= option. NULCHAR= determines whether a SAS character
NULL value is treated as a NULL value.
If NULLCHARVAL= is longer
than the maximum column width, one of these actions occurs:

The string is truncated if DBFORCE=YES.

The operation fails if DBFORCE=NO.
