Art Carpenter's new book for advanced programmers

Dear Reader,

This month is buzzing with an unusual amount of activity. SAS® Global Forum begins on April 22 and many of us are finalizing plans for this premiere event in Orlando, Florida. If you're attending the conference this year, we hope that you'll visit our bookstore in the demo room. While there, take advantage of our conference discount, view new and upcoming titles, meet several authors, attend lively discussions, and share your thoughts about our program and offerings.

Closer to home, we're busy turning out many new titles this month including:

Besides learning more about these titles (and others) in this issue of SPN, you’ll find the ever-popular SAS tips, free events (including a SAS Talks webinar with Art Carpenter), author recruitment updates, and a short interview with a colleague who helps make all of our books available online.

There are many literary quotes to conclude with about April's beautiful flowers, fragrant air, and the beginning of spring. However, I think that writer Christopher Morley sums this month up best "April prepares her green traffic light and the world thinks Go."

Thank you, as always, for reading the newsletter and supporting our program!

See you next month,

Shelly Goodin
