The SASware Ballot is SAS Institute's annual software survey. This is your opportunity to vote for the new features you would like to see added to our software and services. All SAS software users from around the world are invited to participate in the survey. The voting period for the SASware Ballot survey takes place each year in November and December. During the voting period the survey (provided via a web form), and the instructions for completing the survey are provided on support.sas.com. We will announce the ballot availability in the fourth quarter each year. Look for the announcement on support.sas.com and in SAS Tech Report.
Once the SASware Ballot survey is closed (usually in January) and the submitted votes are processed, and the SASware Ballot results are published at the annual SAS Global Forum conference. Following the SAS Global Forum conference, the results are posted at this location as well as in the SAS Global Forum Proceedings.
The survey consists of a subset of suggestions that are submitted to our Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support staff throughout the year. Once per year, usually around September/October, we begin the process of compiling the SASware Ballot survey for the upcoming year. Suggestions received after this time are held for the following year's survey. We encourage you to submit your ideas by either calling SAS Technical Support at (919) 677-8008 or completing our Suggestions Form.
We value your opinions and ideas, and look forward to receiving your SASware Ballot entry each year!
