SAS Press authors Wendy Murphrey and Rosemary Lucas celebrate new book!

So it's a real treat when we have the opportunity to work with authors whose offices are right upstairs! Over the last several months, we've had the pleasure of working with Wendy Murphrey and Rosemary Lucas on their new SAS Press book, Jump into JMP® Scripting. They are both excellent writers, and their manuscript was in excellent shape when they delivered it to us, but having them in our building simplified things when we had questions or wanted them to review something. It has been gratifying to share their excitement and enthusiasm as all the elements came together to create the final book!

To our added delight, Wendy and Rosemary hosted an appreciation luncheon this week for the SAS Press team who worked on their book! We had a wonderful assortment of pizzas, salads, and desserts, but more importantly, we had a chance to visit and get to know the authors a bit better. We shared stories about our families, holiday plans, and how the authors will use all their "free time" now that their book has been published. Everyone agreed that it was a great celebration! Now, if we can just get them to write another book!
